For your first login, go to https://manager.threecolts.com/ on either mobile or desktop, your current login will work. From there, you'll be guided to a page where you can update your account information, including changing your password.
NOTE: If you have a parent/main account you will be an "Organization Admin" now. Team member (child) account users, you do not need to change your password. Your login username and password will remain the same.
ALL USERS (both Parent/Main Accounts and Child/Team Member Accounts) will need to complete the following to make sure their app is fully up to date, before they will be able to log in:
-Log-out of the app under "Settings" (if applicable)
-Uninstall the app completely
-Reboot your phone
-Reinstall the app
-Log back in
The only notable difference you will see on both mobile and desktop is the hCaptcha.
Once you have updated your account details and changed your password, you'll receive an email welcoming you to the Threecolts Business Suite! Feel free to take a look around at our other product offerings to help grow your business, or continue as a ScoutIQ only user and click Launch to head to ScoutIQ.
